I do appreciate you putting it on a Barbie, and your choice was perfect. Since it shows you can dress up a somewhat cheap doll. In turn giving her a whole new look. By the way theory on the loss shorts is she may also be wearing them because she intends on pigging out on that big blue tub of popcorn 🍿. This is especially true if her favorite band is performing in the Disney Park. After all you yourself mentioned how Salty it was. I also got my Ily doll haul today. I couldn’t wait to open them. I know one of my dolls Barbies is going to be well dressed. I also think it would be cool 😎 if they did a nod to Princess Leia ❣

It’s true that fashion pack fits maleficent character more then Aurora for sleeping beauty. It’s awesome styling. But I do hope that Disney ily4ever will let all the characters stand on their own, good or bad guys, as they were enough to make it into the films as full characters already… Definitely plan to add this fashion pack to the dolls wardrobe.
This one is such a vibe 😍 Edit: I just found out why I want these clothes irl so bad, I saw my reflection in a mirror as I walked by it and realised I've had half aquamarine blue, half deep purple hair for years now lol! I really need that fit now!
I agree that, overall, it looks more like a malificent inspired outfit. However, the jacket is also a play on the whole blue dress vs pink dress argument of the fairies, so that part is also Aurora. Still debating on whether or not I should get this pack, but it's definitely a good one!
When I first saw this fashion set I thought it was for Ariel with Ursella vibes, the colours and the everything just screamed mermaid at me like i thought her bag had seaweed on it... incredibly disappointed with the Ariel fashion pack they did for her. I didn't feel it was Ariel inspired you know?
So far I have the following ily dupes in fashion packs.... - Belle doll in the Cinderella pack *head cannon she's specifically repping the Brandy + Whitney version, which was Disney -Tiana doll in the Belle pack, though I did swap the packs boots with the main belle dolls sneakers and both pairs of shoes look so good on either set -Ariel doll in the Aurora/Maleficent/Mal pack (adore it) -Cinderella doll in the Mulan pack -Jasmine doll in the Rapunzel pack Still debating hard on the Ariel skating pack and curious about the Tiana pack (which seems to only be on Disney store?) & the snow white pack (which tell me I'm wrong but gives hard teacher vibes, in the cutest way possible but very that) plus what dolls I would use them on. I like the Elsa pack, just not big on featuring dolls in pajamas but maybe if there's a sale. And possibly a controversial opinion, but they did Pocahontas & Moana dirty with their packs, Moana's is too generic and seems off in the color scheme while Pocahontas's has some cute pieces it just feels like the most on the nose (without crossing appropriation territory so points there) way to do a Pocahontas look plus it just feels very frumpy (to me and my tastes).
The jacket isn't lined, it's faced. And the headband is symbolic of Briar (spikes which grew on the thorny plants that grew up around Sleeping Beauty) Rose.
OK, I guess because I have never been to a Disney park, I don't get the appeal of this style. I understand why people dress like this when going to a Disney park. The dolls are cute, and the clothes are nice...and I guess doll lines need a gimmick or theme, but I am not a fan of ily. I am glad you (and a lot of others) are having fun with them.

I put the sleeping beauty outfit (except the shoes and headband) on Lila from RH S4 and it is so pretty and fits great!
I put the clothes on a Rainbow High Girl and it fits except for the shoes. 😄
