    As an amateur Muay Thai fighter who has always struggled with hip mobility (like real bad) : it does get better. The most important thing is to use a ton of those drills Gabriel shows. It's what will give you the actual kicking mobility ! Not overstretching ! At least for me, strengthening my hips and glutes is what helped me for real. Do a routine from Gabriel's channel 4 times a week, get committed and it will work

      Good advice. I can headkick but not with very much control like I can to the body. I imagine this will help that out.

    Hey Gabriel! You should do a collaboration with Jeff from MMA Shredded.
    1. Your styles are very different so it’d be interesting to see you guys spar.
    2. It’d just be awesome!
    3. It might be awkward since you won’t know what to talk about to make content but just seeing you guys spar and commenting on how you would’ve done things differently if you saw it coming will be interesting enough.

    Good stuff! Used to train martial arts heavily throughout the 90's, and while I can still "feel" the muscle memory of how to throw kicks, I've lost a lot of flexibility and mobility in my hips. I'm eager to see if this helps. Thanks!
