That's...pretty rough. With triple Skadi and MLB Traces and against a 3 mob wave, she refunds 55%. Against Berserkers or with an event CE, she probably won't be able to loop. But I guess it is nice for people who do like her to be able to use her like this now.
And they always give quick servants the skimpiest batteries too. Meanwhile the annual arts loopers get 50-80% batteries despite needing them the least.
