  • See how my full pelvic floor repair surgery went in Ireland. This operation saw me have my cystocele, rectocele and entrocele repaired under spinal block to solve issue with stress incontinence, sever lower back pain, problems pooping and pain during sex.
My issues were caused mainly after the birth of my third child, a very large alb 12 oz baby. So i have suffered nearly three years of continual pain, mobility issues, stress incontinence etc. I am hopeful this surgery will change my life.
I will have to recover for six weeks so this will be a review series xx

In 8 days I am having a total hysterectomy, bladder repair, posterior repair done all at once. I am 36 and I have had damage from having my beautiful children. I am so frightened and I had a repair done 1.5 years ago and it didn't hold up.
I just wanted to thank you. You gave me hope.x

    I have a few questions
1 Is this the sergury for when the colon bulges into the vag area ?
2 How long was the procedure that you can recall?
3 how long were you in the hospital for after surgery?
4 when released from the hospital wete able to go about your daily life ( I have 3 kids 10 6 and 1.5 years old would i be able to chase play ect with them?)
5 How were your bowel movements after your surgery ( if this is for the colon going in the vag)?
6 did the surgery work for you fully or have you had to repeativly go back for more?
I appreciate your video thank you for your awarwness it truly helps

Can anyone tell me if your stomach got flatter months after the surgery? Does it FEEL more empty in the abdominal area? I will need hysterectomy along with cystocele and rectocele repair. My doctor said your stomach actually gets bigger after surgery.. not sure why. I am primarily wanting this surgery for gas and constipation... no real pain back or otherwise... just discomfort from constipation and gas.. I keep wondering if I should just live with it since it isn't as much of a problem as most people. But I do lose sleep at night because of gas bubbles that are bothersome.

No i got no flatter tummy and honestly i heard that hystorectomy can take 5 years off your life so i was thrilled I didn't end up with that. xx
