आप सभी का स्वागत है हमारे Vlog 71 में। आज मैं आपको ले चलूँगा Coimbatore में स्थित Isha Foundation में, जिसकी स्थापना सन 1982 में हुई थी। इसकी स्थापना Jagadish “Jaggi” Vasudev जी यानि Sadhguru ने किया था। आज यहाँ आकर मुझे उतनी ही Shanti Feel हो रही है जितनी 2019 में आकर Feel हुई थी। इस बार मैं यहाँ आया हूँ Harshil Karia, Rajas Paradeshi और Sanchit Keswani के साथ। यहाँ आकार हमने पहले Prajakta Koli के साथ Satvik Khana खाया।
दूसरे दिन मैंने और MostlySane ने बात की Sadhguru से। Sadhguru के साथ एक यादगार Spiritual Podcast हमारे English TH-cam Channel BeerBiceps पर आप देख सकते हो। साथ ही में हमने वहाँ बात की Save Soil Movement के बारे में जीससे आप सभी जुड़ों और इस बड़े Environmental Problem को Reduce करने में Isha Foundation की मदद करो। साथ ही में हमने यहाँ Adiyogi Shiva Statue, Dhyanalinga और LingaBhairavi के Darshan किए।

I'm just 19 Years Old and when I see my friends and other people of my age group dealing with anxiety, depression, rage issues and I am like Calm and composed even the situation is not comfortable, I am just fine just because of Sadhgurujis Meditations ... Sadhguru has a big role in making my life, he brought me out of all my depression and fears. It's been a year since I have been practicing my shambhavi(a practice isha teaches) it has changed me completely and brought lot of lightness and made my heart a heart full of love. I am thankful to Ranveer for making this reach to as many people as possible. And I urge everyone to do the inner engineering programme it will touch your core in ways you never imagined possible.
