Hello Phil, how are you, I have SharePoint 2019 On Premises, can I install the gateway on that server? Or do I have to install it on each computer of the company's users to be able to use Power Apps? Thank you so much.
After setup data gateway, after I setup connection from PowerApp to SP2019 on-premise. I try to create first App with the connection. After I typed in the url of SP2019, all I get is "Received error payload from gateway service". Looks like the gateway fail to resolve the url. But I can browse SharePoint within the gateway server. Any idea?
Hello Phil, is this the same way, with help of DataGateway, we can use other Applications of Power Platforms such as Power Apps and Power BI with Sharepoint 2019 On-Prem solutions. please advice.
Hi Jaideep - it's the data gateway and you can use one data gateway for these uses. Don't forgot to consider setting up a gateway cluster for redundancy. You may want a different cluster for long running jobs (like Power BI) and short transactional jobs (like a Power App calling a SharePoint list).
Hello Phil! What i have to configure for 10 users for properly work this flow ? Thanks

Hi - You can install the gateway on your SharePoint server or a different server too. You don't have to install it on each users' comuputer.

In this way, will the on prem data be exposed to Power Platform servers?
