The grade crossings on the Northeast (with some exceptions in Connecticut) and Keystone Corridors have been largely replaced with grade separated crossings.

I'm thoroughly confused. So at 1:37 that car thinks its ok to go past the red light at the right but not at the beginning of the video?
Nope, it's not a red light from the other side. The extra traffic light is there to prevent a traffic-build-up because of the junction right after the crossing and the second crossing in the vincinity. As the car coming towards the camera does not face this junction or another crossing, it is good to go ;)

Dat is wel heel erg, hoe lang dat rode licht aan blijft. En als je dan eindelijk mag, krijg je alsnog een dichte overweg voor je neus.
Denk dat dat stoplicht er extra staat als veiligheid want er passeren om de 5 seconden treinen dus wordt oversteken knap lastig
