Don’t worry Lexi, here in my country there has been a heat wave all this week and yesterday was raining, but today is sunny and there was one day the temperature was 45 degrees. There is also coming the Sahara dust. People are also getting sick because of the heat and I got sick (because I had my period I had a headache and I had cramps so it’s another story) so now I drink like 5 of water of my water bottles a day since I have to stay hydrated. And for cups of water (I think 3?!) So that makes it me drinking 8 cups + water bottle. Hope you ok and hydrate yourself and your kids!

I'm sure alot of other TH-camrs would suggest the same thing, not saying that Lexi isn't great because she is.
What to do
step 1:Go to the shops get some icepacks and icecreams/lollies.
step 2:Get fans out.
step 3:Get in pool.
step 4:Wear swimsuit with shorts or a skirt.
step 5:Sunscreen on arms,face,neck and ears(Probally a 50 or 30)
step 6:Drink lots if ice water or pop.
step 7:Dont move to much.
step 8:Wear a hat and sunglasses.
step 9:Dont' wear thick clothes or tightes.
step 10:Gave cold showers.
