First time to watch Jack performing in Philippines, back early 2019.
held at Robinson's mall hosted by Lyric . A very Guitar stunning night, created a melodic atmosphere of Music. Jack a guitar Genius who won the Guitar Idol title way back 2009.
After 10 years of wait I and my fellow Filipino Fans witnesses one unforgettable Moment of Superb guitar soloing performed by the legendary Jack thammarat.

Ohh my goooodness gracious that sound, that tone and dynamics. And the feeling this guy manages to convey from heart to hands is enough to bring tears and joy. What a true master.

He's one of the few that get this song right! What emotion! And when you think he's showed you everything he takes it up a few notches at 6:33 and hits the gas!! I could feel every note! Great rendition!

Those people are lucky. They just witness ... What do i say. No words. Now, i v been listening to this since past 3 years. Decided to become a guitarist. Now after 3 years, I'm a guitar player. Can play almost 6 min of this solo. Struggling with the ending shred where camera becomes to shaky. My main problem is the Tone he s having. Without it all is nothing.

Bill Gower Cause u have shit taste in music.. Prince is an innovator and a gifted musician and artist.. Guy can play any musical instrument and played it like a virtuoso. Can sing high note with falsetto and sing really low. Wrote crap tons of song for himself and for other artists, lots of them are unreleased.. U maybe not like him as a person but u dont know him personally. All WE know he is super talented and gifted musician..
Prince was a mediocre guitarist at best. For this particular solo, he spent 90% in a blues box on the 15th fret, repeating the same hammer-ons, pull-offs and bends.
As for being able to play "any" instrument, he listed something like 26 that he played on one album *but* something like 10 of these were keyboards and synths 😂 and because they were different brands, they were counted as different "instruments". Also included was bullshit like wood blocks 😂 and other nothingness. Bass, acoustic, 12-string, electric guitars were all listed as separate instruments. If he really was so talented, where's the evidence? I found a video of him supposedly playing drums at a gig but then he stood up and ran to the audience.....the drums never stopped 😂😂😂😂
Another thing to note about that smoke-and-mirrors specialist is that when he plays a solo, he's the *only* guitarist I know where the camera spends like 90% of the time on his face....very rarely the fretboard. Remember that nothing was recorded/released without his permission.
Also, try and find a solo that isn't totally saturated in effects, especially delay (echo). Same with his singing, always shit loads of echo. Wrote some good songs but the performances were nothing but smoke-and-mirrors and effed-up facial expressions to make the audience think he's doing something really difficult.

@@AdaptivePhenix Get your head checked. Prince is widely regarded as one of the greatest guitarists ever. He has so many iconic performances. Not only that, he was proficient in another 20+ instruments. Dude was a musical genius in every sense of the word.

Oh really? Have you bothered to check the facts regarding all of these instruments? I have and about 10 of them are keyboards and synths but because they were from different manufacturers, they were counted as separate "instruments".
They also count electric, acoustic, 12-string and bass guitars as separate instruments. Wood blocks? Give a break....this would make everyone on the planet a qualified "musician".
Ever wonder why we never see him demonstrating these talents.
