I expected characters' stats to be more different from each other though :s I hope they get more characters like Faris riding Syldra, Garnet riding Bahamut, Rydia riding the hite dragon, Yuna riding Valefor, etc
I believe that Tidus will ride the mini version of the Al Bhed ship from the beginning of the game, plus, his Overdrive is going to be either the "Jecht Shot" or "Blitz Ace".
If they add 1 or 2 characters from all FF's that would be awesome. But If they add Y'shtola Rhul from XIV, then I'll be a very happy racer~ I know they added Cloud and Squall, because they were in the original, but if they keep on adding to this game, then that would be amazing!

Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII is in the game, ane even has his victory theme. No sign of Sephiroth wrecking here. Final Fantasy VII is all the excitement for the PlayStation. It looks like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate isn't Cloud's only Switch appearence. The last time I've seen Cactuar's playable appearences are Mario Hoops 3-on-3 and Mario Sports Mix, for the Nintendo DS and the Wii, respectively. We can't forget Final Fantasy II's character, Chocobo in the game.

Mario kart has all these mundane generic locations not present in the Mario series. There are some tracks from Mario(imagine that), but its not on the scale of the other 3 games I mentioned.
So each season there will be a new set of chracters to unlock? And if so is there confirmation on if they'll repeat FF games with secondary or third characters
@@Vinthechad incorrect. Squall is 3000 gil but Cloud can only be unlocked in the season pass at lvl 60 (which is i think 600 ($6) mythril to start at lvl 1 or 2400 ($24) mythril to auto unlock him and start from lvl 60)
More like Tour being ported on Nintendo Switch with even worse monetization. Graphics and mechanics don't even compare MK8 at all. They could have just remade the PS1 Chocobo racing but eh... They chose to be a Mario Kart 8DX clone with mobile game monetization.
It's unlike Chocobo racing , it same as crash Bandicoot racing ( drift gain speed , 3slot item no mix , speed desks , tonado follow and more.... ) I'm so disappointed with this game....
