    WOW! What a comparison to yesterday's driver.... FOR ME!
    Today I go through the TaylorMade Qi10 Core model driver. The middle option when it comes to spin and launch conditions. I discuss the type of player this is for and demonstrate what I would prioritize if this driver model was something I wanted to test and purchase.
    The launch as a direct comparison is significant which results in a totally different look at address in terms of lie and face angle. Follow along as I decide if I need to adjust the loft by confirming all launch conditions with the Full Swing Kit monitor.
    Each technical aspect of the club is explained in detail but as always if this leaves you with questions then be sure to comment and I'll assist where I can.
    Stay tuned as tomorrow is the turn of the Qi10 LS that has immediately gone into the bags of Tiger Woods, Tommy Fleetwood and Rory McIlroy.
    Certainly one you will not want to miss.

    Another great intro to the QI10 Trottie, see Rory has moved from the LS QI to standard head with a shaft change from the TR Blue back to Ventus Black, also what appears to be a DOT head, can you provide any info on this variation? 👍🏽🙌🏽

    This last spring I order a QI10 Select Series from a TaylorMade Dealer from Punta Gorde, FL. About a month ago I hit a driver and the driver didn't sound right. Upon inspecting my driver face, I notice the carbon face cracked and had separated from the driver housing. I've been trying to claim a warranty on the TaylorMade website. When I try to upload the picture to claim the warranty, the website keeps telling me the pictures are too big. I've edited the pictures several times and the website will not accept them. I've called the number for customer service with no one returning my calls. For me this has been a bad experience. I do like TaylorMade products, but I doubt I will purchase anything new until this issue has been taken care of.

    The only thing I disagree with is that we should get the same club as the pros do, and why do we ask? It is simple, really. If it was not for us, the consumers' manufacturers would not be able to afford to sponsor these pros. The pro is not the money. We, the everyday golfer, are. The quality control and higher spec clubs they get, we should also get off the shelf without having to go to a special fitting and paying a premium. Manufacturers advertise that we get the same driver they play with, but this is not true. Other than that, I like this driver.

    • @michaelgiammarino7313
      @michaelgiammarino7313 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Completely agree! This is why us recreational golfers need to stop buying new clubs as soon as they come out let the manufacturers sweat a little bit!!

    • @billbkr32ify
      @billbkr32ify 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @michaelgiammarino7313 I agree. There is no club that was ever made that magically took 10 strokes off a golf game. The same golfers I know shooting 90s still shoot 90s after spending 3500 on a new setup. If you have a consistent swing and can strike the ball well then, and only then can you properly be fitted into a club. Then you can find a club that makes the ball do better what you want it to do. There are clubs and shafts that can definitely help, but not if you can't hit the ball consistently.

      @@billbkr32ify yes most definitely. I would tell people go pay for lessons from a pro instead because that is money well spent . Still have the original m1 and don't see any reason to go buy a new driver. The one I have now still performs very well

    Anyone done a fitting?
    I did one yesterday and was getting great results. Easily would add this to my bag as I am getting a new driver soon.
    Trouble is the guy was like you should buy it today and I said email me the specs. Come to find out I would be into this almost $1k as they put in an upgraded shaft. Is there no value in the stock shaft. Basically Taylormade said the driver head is $600 and the shaft had $0 value. If the stock shaft is $200 then the upsell should only be $150.
    Very disappointed and unless I got a great deal on one of these I am going to have to consider something else. Played Taylormade for over 20 years.
    Please explain the logic…

    Not sure if this will be a 100% unbiased review or not......😅.
    I'm still using my old trusty Taylor Made Burner Bubble from mid 90s, I'm hitting it about 250 yards so after looking at every Taylor Made release since that claims an extra 5 to 10 yards on each release, I'm expecting to hit this Qi10 about 500 yards easy.....😂😂😂😂

    • @squidwarddeep5064
      @squidwarddeep5064 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    • @JamieTronic
      @JamieTronic 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @squidwarddeep5064 i was trying to be funny......27 years between the Bubble Burner and the Qi10 and 20 yards is probably accurate. BUT if you believe the marketing about how every release of a driver is better than the last over 27 years it would be an extra 200+ yards, compounded over the years. It's all crap. Go and hit a Persimmon Wooden Driver from the 1970s within 5mm of the middle of the club and the Qi10 would be 20 to 30 yards further at best with 50 years of development. The ball is what makes the biggest difference along with modern understanding of strength training in terms of distance....thats a fact...
