when & how to change air purifier filter

- If you own a #sterramoon or #futurliving air purifier, this is just a simple tutorial when & how to change your filter. Mine is a Sterra, so, prices indicated are for that & accurate at the time of post.
1. Wait for Red light blinking on the unit before changing filter (I tried earlier when it was at 10% n NO blinking Red Lights, I was not able to reset for a filter change.
2. Turn off the unit
3. Change Filter (throw old one, it's not reusable)
4. Turn on the unit
5. Press & hold 10 secs or less at centre of indicator until LED turns blue.
To note, you can add your device to an app, I used SmartLife. But this is optional, you can use/operate the unit even without the app. But I prefer to use the app cos I can remote ON/OFF, set schedules etc.

About 10 months
Infrequent Cooking aka less fumes for the unit to "clear"
Filter cost: 2 for $120 (that's like $0.197 per day for 304 days)
Sterra Moon with ion incl 1 filter $229
p/s Futur Living cheaper & they are other brands you can explore.

Can the dusty used filter be vacuumed and cleaned then reused again cos it will save cost also if need to then where to buy the filter ?
