As a 14 yrs old, I can tell you I died in ghost n goblins more time than you ever take a shower in your lifetime. I still haven't completed the mission. 30 years later, 2 weeks ago I revisited it after waking up to the possibility that classic games could be free online. It screwed me even more with keyboard control much harder than arcade. This is the ultimate mofo video game of all time if you want to frustrate yourself into the abyss.
+Jose Riviera Lmfao!! It sure is, man! Did you ever get a control pad or joystick for your PC so you could play "Ghosts 'n Goblins" with that? I realize you posted your comment at least eight years ago, and times have changed with PCs and emulation since then.

Several martial arts-themed games from 1985. Martial arts were so huge in the 1980s. What a time to be alive!
Space Harrier looked so next-gen, took them about 10 years to get a Arcade-perfect home convo.
Some of these look a lot better than I remember.

Fairly Extreme started using digital ink and paint on February 1, 2004.
Super Mario Bros is enough to make that year worth of it.
