I have faith. I still struggle with addiction but I'm not like I used to be after opening God's Word. It instructs me and corrected many things I did in ignorance before and some willingly but the fear of God was instilled in me. I know I'm not perfect but I know I don't have to be because I'm my weaknesses, Jesus Christ and his perfection and work on the Cross is my strength. I'll never stop trying to be more Christlike in my life, in my interactions with others and when I'm alone. When I stumble I ask forgiveness and I know that I have it. Life is hard but it does not consist in the abundance or lack of material possessions. God bless y'all in Jesus' most blessed and mighty name!❤🙋

I once out of morbid curiosity went on a Jesse Duplantis sermon marathon listening intently for any evidence of gospel preaching. From every sermon of his I could find I can honestly say not ONCE did I hear a gospel message. He often calls himself an "evangelist" yet never explains man's lost condition before a holy God, man's need for a savior in order to have a right relationship with God... His life, death, crucifixion & resurrection unto eternal life. Not once!! No mention of Jesus. Every message centered around his own success, his own intimate relationship with the Lord, & his own wealth. He is either massively deceived or a complete con man.

I watched as he walked around the sanctuary touching the top of peoples' heads and twirling their heads in a circular motion....then the people would start laughing hysterically. I just felt it was all in the flesh. Also, he would "preach" CONSTANTLY about money and brag about his jet. I left that church and realized how false Word of Faith is!

Thank you for these teaching videos. Having been involved in "charismatic" churches and under the influence of charismatic teaching and even serving on a church staff for 25 years, I would describe myself as a recovering charismatic. At 62 years of age, a great desire has returned for learning how to read the Bible in context and apply to our lives today. It seems to be an overwhelming task in light of the increased darkness associated with false teachers and a false gospel. My hope and prayer is that those involved will turn from wickedness of the broad way, repent and find truth in the narrow way. Keep up the good work. I've been curious as I've watched many of your videos and have a question...are you reading scriptures from a tele-prompter or have you committed scripture to memory?

You and I have similar life experiences regarding the length of the influence in the charismatic movement. I find myself searching for true biblical doctrine and application. I always thought of the "pieces of doctrine" fit the "gospel puzzle", however, some of the pieces are not designed the be in the picture the gospel gives us. I've found sound doctrine in the likes of Voddie Baucham, Allistair Begg, Tom Ascoll, and Justin Peters. May God bless our journey of the truth.

I am an evangelist & I find myself apologizing for the huge black eye that Jesse and clowns like him, are giving Christianity as a whole. I resent him, Copeland, Joyce Meyer because they are making a fool out of Jesus and making us all look like big donkeys and I find it hard to get people to take seriously the Gospel message. I for one, don't make a dime doing what I do. The tracts & Bibles I distribute come out of my own pocket. It's one thing--and a true thing--to say that if you live according to God's Word, you will *ordinarily* (my pastor's "favorite Presbyterian word") have a good measure of material success and comfort. It is, after all, God's world, and he's told us how to live in it. But that doesn't mean it's guaranteed (see, e.g., Job, or any of the apostles), and it certainly doesn't mean what this loon is saying.

I am an evangelist & I find myself apologizing for the huge black eye that Jesse and clowns like him, are giving Christianity as a whole.
I resent him, Copeland, Joyce Meyer because they are making a fool out of Jesus and making us all look like big donkeys and I find it hard to get people to take seriously the Gospel message.

The fact that he admits he isn’t a pastor, makes me wonder why people want to listen to his word, or should I say his bragging, because that is all he does is to brag. When the cost of living is so high and people are struggling to pay their way, how can they listen to him.
