Quite easy to do actually. They took a picture of the setting without any of the actors. Dude under the sheet was wearing a green screen suit. They removed him during the edit using a tool (the tool automatically deletes everything green). Then they used the picture to fill in the holes that the tool made. The camera was set up on a tripod so that the picture matches the video. They edited it to make it look like the camera was handheld. Hope that helps!
