I have seen them like 4 times. It was amazing. Once I saw them in this little bar in Chicago. They actually walked through the crowd to the stage and the crowd parted to let them and their cellos though. No one was trying to touch them or get a high five or anything. It was the utmost respect for these amazing musicians and their instruments. As a musician myself, I took a lot away from that particular show. I saw them in bigger venues after that, but that intimate setting was the one I recall the most. Amazing.

Some old orchestral and chamber composers packed a lot of feelings into soft pieces. But others... wanted to bombastically blow the roof off and would have loved amplification.🤟🎻🤟
I discovered this band back in the 1990s. I was working at a music warehouse, one day I saw a shipment of cd's saying Apocalyptica playing Metallica by Cellos. It blew my mind away. Now, if you want to watch something amazing, look up Metallica's 30-year anniversary, One with Apocalyptica.
They did not change the music of Metallica... It just goes to show that Metallica was not just 4 butt-rockers sitting in a garage comming up with whatever sounds "kewel"... That James and Cliff wrote a symphonic masterpiece.
I'm mean no disrespect ❤🤘. I have the utmost respect for this Band helps me control my demons. I didn't know that Gordan Ramsey was also a drummer. Love this ✌
