I used to make small board games out of cardboards or things like that and play with my cousins, and this is your first video I've seen after I found your channel and subscribed, so I'm kinda really happy about it.
This is such a great video! I love the sounds. This video brings back memories. I remember in elementary school, my whole class was assigned to design and make a board game. It’s been too long for me to remember why it was a project but I LOVED making it. I remember finishing it and feeling so proud of myself. And it was a huge honor that so many of my classmates enjoyed playing my game! Thank you so much for sharing
A quick suggerstion: if movement is powerful, cards that offer less movements could offer gold or abilities in addition to their short movements. Maybe this could be useful to balance your movement cards, if needed. Good luck with your game, I think you've got a great idea so far!
@captainASMR, Those playing cards seem to be so uniform in their shape! Did you have to cut out each card from, lets say, card-stock and then round the edges? Or did you buy blank-white cards online somewhere? Thank you!
Right? I love these cards. I bought them online in a pack of 200 for like $15. They have a lot of different shapes and sizes of cards for pretty cheap out there, perfect for game-making!
