The question I have is this: Gentiles with hard hearts are every gentile who has not been born again, correct? So, is Paul describing a specific group of lost hard-hearted gentiles here? We all know that all lost people who have not given themselves over to lewdness/sensuality to work all uncleanness. There are many "good" yet "lost" people in the world. I use that term "good" not as any good in us God would recognize, but rather good in the sense they have not given themselves over to sensuality and all uncleaness. Maybe I am missing something here...
I think Paul was specifically referring to the culture at the time where sensuality and hypersexual behavior was prevalent, even including religious worship to gods with ecstatic sex/orgy sessions in worship halls for said gods (I think John McArthur preaches on this more thoroughly once) And we can see it in modern Western culture where it also has begun to hypersexualize everything (for a couple of decades now) and even with the rise of homosexuality movements (that were already there for a long time honestly)

Isn’t the heart alienated from God by God’s sovereign decree from eternity passed? And those who refuse reconciliation from Christ, because they are reprobate and cannot choose Jesus Christ… taught no where in scripture! But is in the extra biblical 2nd London Baptist Confession of Faith 1689, so much for Sola Scripura, scripture alone!
