I’m proud to say this was my first US Army fort I was assigned in 1974. As a military policeman I was one of 6 selected to be color guard for 4 star general Depuy, the commander of all training for the army which was also stationed at Ft Monroe. Quite a memory

Probably the best thing while stationed there at Tradoc headquarters, the General was giving out awards for Drill Sergeant of the year. My drill sgt in basic training, Sgt Higginbotham, won the award. I wore an 1812 uniform in the color guard and was proud to shake his hand.

I grew up in Va Beach, VA and Chesapeake, as a child Fort Monroe was not open to the public. The Army had control and was a closed Fort. So much history could have been shared. As for private residence’s on the Fort that should never have been aloud.
    Thanks for the video.

Yes, the British burned down Washington DC. But don't forget that before that happened, American troops burned down York, Upper Canada (Now downtown Toronto).
Thomas Jefferson told President Madison "Taking Canada [sic] would be as marching." However, Madison's army failed to take Canada.

This star fort was built much earlier than 1819. by a civilization that is more advanced from a much earlier time, people of the 1800's did not have the technology to build a star fort, it is another one of the older inherited structures that someone falsely claimed to have built.

What technology are you referring to? Stacking rocks? Do you really believe people in the 1800s didn't know how to stack rocks? Construction of the U.S. capitol was begun even earlier than this fort and has a more complex design and construction... not to mention we actually have the hand written journals from many of the people who built these "star forts." I'm all for a good conspiracy theory, but this one is just stupid. At least find one that is semi plausible, and can't so easily be proven false by historic record and common sense.
