For first step, ip address for windows machine is not needed .. please connect computer to device nms port, run weblct and run autodiscovery with password "password" .... then set computer ip to same subnet as device dicovered subnet .... test ping .. and next you must rediscover device to valid NE ID, because if discovering with no ip set you have id 0-0. .... if complete, right click on device -> then login with same password and next, after login -> right click on device and run Explorer ...
