I was going to comment about that too. I actually came home from Disney with hand, foot and mouth once about 8 years ago (at age 49). The doctors were laughing as it is a "kids" thing. I laughed really loudly when this was mentioned.
When Jessica said “Welcome to Dummyville” I literally laughed out loud.

Peter Pan:
Plus one - the magic is just unreal. The ride feels old and I kind of love that about it
Minus one - Peter Pan’s face at the end is so creepy. Oh my god. An actual jump scare LOL
Yes please on an “extinct ride episode”!! My husband didn’t start going to Disney until he met me in late 2009 and there are so many rides he never got to experience.
Absolutely loved this episode! I say that about each one, but they are all so good!!
I really miss Toon Town! Now as a mom, I wish my kids could experience going into Mickey or Minnie’s house. My little late 80s/early 90s heart needs that nostalgia back!!

Y'all had me laughing out loud multiple times during this episode. I will remember the McDonald's plastic forever now. And thank you for the reminder about the dumbo playground! Going in 3 weeks with my toddler and we will definitely need to do that!
Show idea: favorite memories from the park. Example: when I was a little girl seeing Cinderella riding on the Teacups. My favorite ride ever since.

We went to Be Our Guest for dinner in May. We requested to eat in the West Wing. Hands down this room was the coolest! We of course looked in on the Rose Gallery and Ballroom, but I highly recommend requesting the West Wing. The rose is in the room and a fake lightning storm happens intermittently. When this happens the picture of prince Adam on the wall flashes to the Beast. My girls are 3 and 5. It’s not scary, but really cool!

Like I said before with AJ. Magic kingdom is so loud. I didn't understand what was going on at the time because my child was not diagnosed but the loud noise in magic kingdom drove her over the edge

I saw Peter Pan with the lights on once and I was kind of sad about it! Lol. The scale of things seems so grand and magical and with the lights on over London I was like, wait this is it? I don't wanna see behind the scenes! Haha
An old attraction that I thought was cool had to do with the movie alien. It was an experience.
They should add a hunchback of notre dame show. Fits the theme and can be fun for the kiddos to watch. Kinda like the show in the Italy Pavillion.
Omg yes I do remember the Pirates of Caribbean walk through then it changed to Chronicles of Narnia .
I wish they would bring back the merchandise locator on the park app!
Talking about "extinct" rides, I have a question...The last time I was at Disney was 2013 and I had a broken shoulder. We were looking for rides that wouldn't jar my arm too much. There was an Indiana Jones ride that we went on at the recommendation of a cast member. I must say that I thought my arm was going to fall off because the ride was so jerky (you rode in a Jeep like vehicle). Not the best ride for one with a broken shoulder! LOL. My question is - am I imagining this? I don't see any mention of an Indiana Jones ride in 2013 and I am thinking I lost my mind?? Please tell me I'm not crazy! Loved this podcast BTW - great fun as always!!
Hi there, Indiana Jones is at Disneyland in Adventureland but not at Walt Disney World…yet. They are planning to put this is in place of Dinosaur at Animal Kingdom in the next couple years.

You might be thinking of the Backlot Tour that used to be in Hollywood studios? It had some Indiana Jones props/stunts

Etsy sellers aren’t allowed to make & sell knockoff/unlicensed Disney products even if they don’t call it Disney. (Mouse ears vs Mickey Mouse ears, but they look similar) Nor can resellers resell fakes. It’s illegal & they can be sued or jailed. Just be careful saying you buy stuff from those sellers because in the same breath you’re fans of Disney in your jobs/online presence it can be a bit divisive. Be wary of going to Disney for a travel company meet up & wearing an illegal knockoff while you’re there, for example. (Not that you do/did that) And I don’t think Disney would hire them when they are trying to crack down on those sellers & sometime send them cease & desists. I’m not judging, people simply & innocently just don’t know it’s illegal & find out the hard way.
