I would rather say that he should have to first saute in the water of ginger and garlic paste while cooking on this Tawa so the bad smell from the liver would go away at least twice and had to throw the water on a side then again he should have to start cooking it.

He could have soaked liver in ginger garlic paste or soaked liver in vinegar. Or soaked in lemon or onion . It helps to cook the liver soft and avoids bad smell.. Anyways nice recipe.
