They taught me how to screen record and that’s when I started making videos
Idk what happened to us we just stopped being friends a very very long time ago but wow. I knew they scammed at the time too, but they are still going at it like what the heck 😂

Animal Jam is stupid. They suspended me for being mad at someone for saying God isn’t real and Aj suspended me for being “mean” WHIL THEY IGNORE THE REAL PROBLEMS IN AJ LIKE SCAMMERS, CREEPY JAMMERS, ETC LIKE WHY AJJJJJ

I’ve always been a person that recognizes scams immediately- no matter how hidden it is. I gotta say I’m impressed, they are getting smarter with their scams smh smh. But I always get around with their silly tricks
What happened to the sweet, innocent children game? It went from a game for animals, education, now it's a scamming, hacking, NFT, and toxic game. Sad to see what the community has become, not even just that. WildWorks and AJHQ are also there to blame.
This whole Fer.al thing still happened, it wasn't one of those " oh what if feral shut down????? " things.
Also, scammers and hackers aren't bad either, think of the scammers and hackers that get harassed everyday.
Conclusion: AJHQ and WW (WildWorks) need to do something instead of just making new animals. Scammers and hackers don't deserve a permanent ban, they deserve to be suspended. If they are banned permanently they won't learn. AJHQ should make more security and make the game stricter.

You hit the nail on the head with your statement. Ajhq and wild works are more interested in the money now a days. I think if they just improve the reporting system and actually figure out a way to prevent scammers scamming or just maybe bring back all items. Now a days if someone reports them for scamming they won’t get punished or when they use a spare account to scam and bring to their main accounts. If animal jam can stop them like that maybe players will return.
When I started playing ( raccoons were new to the game and so was the party) maybe in 2016 if I am not mistaken but everyone had fun and made new friends and explorers around and it had nothing to do with betas and rares but NOW a days it’s just a competition to be rare and steal betas I stopped playing ajpw since it’s just too toxic.

well, probably cause the aj fanbase is growing up and moving on, more edgy teenagers are also finding fun in scamming, even though I don’t really find it that fun/ a healthy coping mechanism to trauma.. + rares are harder to get nowadays, so yeah, it’s mostly cuz the normal fan base is decreasing while there are way more scammers popping up
i quit because of toxic people getting past the chat filter and one called me a slur and i just realized that not long ago

this happened to me on classic
last year
it was a spanish website, and i didnt lose my account, but i lost a RIM headdress, a purple long collar, a short purple wristband, and purple cupid wings, i got all the items back eventually but the headdress and i ended up quitting cause i changed my main computer to a chromebook and i didnt feel like putting in the work to get my surface to work if i didnt have my items anymore, but i still play ajpw

Thank you for telling us! Scammers have been very evil, there is still alot TODAY. Well the hackers are also still here- that can be rlly bad. This very "nice" kids game turned not into one. It turned toxic with scammers, hackers, "Rude" Arctic wolves, and mostly bad stuff- hopefully they go away soon.
Ikr! I get so mad about that too bc it's so bad, we can't be safe anywhere in a kids friendly environment because of these people, they don't deserve to come on kid friendly games, because they are phony!
It sucks bc this scam had been introduced in 2020 before. I know this because I was gullible and actually went on the website and put my information in. Within seconds my account had lost all of its worth. It sickens me how cruel people can be. Stay safe out there guys.

this actually happened to me last february. someone came to my den and asked me if i would help them with a video, which i obviously agreed to do. they told me to go to their channel “narrow aj” and click the link that took me to the spanish version of the aj download screen, however it was pretty much a disguise for whatever programme they used to hack into my account. i ended up losing a black headdress and a few other things but i couldn’t really care less about it now 😅 thanks for informing others about it :D
Thanks! Also, JAMMERS! Don't look for codes that you haven't purchased from Animal Jam. Don't put in codes you found from anywhere but Animal Jam. My user was broke into because I was desperate for rares and whatnot, so I found a random code on Reddit. Don't. Just don't 😅 Also, about 2 years ago, I put in a sketchy code that somehow made me be able to completely change my parents email without passwords or anything. Keep in mind, this user is 8 years old and I lived with different guardians back then, meaning that there was a different email that I had no idea what the password was. When I put in the code, it prompted me to put in a parent email, but there was already one. I changed it, and I was able to claim my user. I basically somehow stole control.

Back when I first started play aj classic in 2017. I thought a short black was super rare so I was in jamaa asking people what they would tarde one for, then I one jammer said they would tarde me one in there den, so I came to there den, they told me they had a channel and that they where doing a skit but they needed a (rare) item to do it, i asked to tarde. But of course they said to gift them, I went to send them a letter. I was going to give them a rare direwolf item but then I thought it seemed sketchy so I decided not to. I told them I knew it was a scam and then left and unburied me

This just almost happened to me. Someone traded me asking if i could help them out with a video. I said sure, they buddied me, went to their den. There was another person there too. They said it was a music video and it was gonna be in french. I knew something was up, this was a few days after I watched this video. I said “is this that french link scam thing?” They paused, unbuddied me, and locked me and the other person out of their den. Thanks for the save Leamon! Could have lost my rares including blackout spike! 👍
you know, i almost fell for this a good while back. so did a friend of mine. that was a while back though, at least a year ago or more. im kind of surprised to hear it was never talked about. i dont know if it was a widespread thing or not, maybe thats why it never got talked about. glad to know that many more people will know about it now so there will be less scams going through successfully! youre a lifesaver leamon! :)
ALSO many sketchy links can end up taking you to websites that put viruses on your device and those viruses can take A LOT more info like possibly your home address or phone number

I know the perfect way to ROAST a scammer. Tell them they are lazy for trying to scam items for free instead of working for them. Does nobody know the value of hard work anymore?

That is true but it’s not a scam, it’s similar to the ballet tutu, they make good looking items and are farmable so they are blow out of proportions, while the ballet tutu looks good and you can get a lot for it, but is worth about four good RIMs, just to let you know! Adios!

It isn't really recent, I used to be in a few scam discord servers, (I've since realized its a really bad thing to do), it's called a Phishing link.
If you were to put in information (user and password) then it would put it into a collection box of everyone who ever logged in ^^;
It can be any language, foreign languages are simply more convincing

Roblox also has this issue and they will send you their “account” that will steal your information or have you sign in bc your logged out. I’ve fell for both scams but I have gotten it back both times I’m now paranoid with any link.
There is another scammer who is doing that but with the Spanish AJ I almost lost my friends headdress but my friend used a VPN and it showed that it was gonna hack my stuff
I respect you censoring the names but may I ask why? It would warn people to know who the Jammer is and the worse that will happen to the Scammer is that they will be reported (which should happen)

Funny story for Leamon Puppy:
One day I was playing AJ Classic and someone was saying they are doing a random giveaway in their den and I assumed it was a scam but I wanted to see who would fall for it so I went and there were three other ppl other than the host and one was super exited abt getting a prize, another left for no apparent reason, and the third was saying how this was a scam. The host then said the super exited person won and said they’d trade it to them and the exited person said, “wait really?! YES I WON!!” Then suddenly they disappeared and then my entire game crashed and logged out of AJ… I can’t explain it cuz I never get kicked outta the game like that and it seemed weird how the person just vanished and how sketchy the host was

Oh yes, I know of this scam! Someone from AJC a few months ago asked me to help them with a AJMV but in a different server and they told me to go to a specific youtube channel and click the link in their description luckily I've been scammed so many times that I know what to look out for and I didn't get hacked 😌

That’s REALLY scary. I’m pretty sure something similar happened on aj classic a few years ago, though it wasn’t at all like this new scam, and it was a more obvious scam. Basically people put links in the chat (which you can’t do) so they obviously hacked to even send the link. Idk what the links did, but they were still dangerous and like you said, they could probably take all your information.

hello! after paying off the new code, they ask me to link the account to the mail, despite the fact that I have had it tied for a long time. even if I agree to link, nothing comes to the mail. It is also impossible to log in to the parent account for 3 months, when trying to change the password, he writes "Unknown error ". Please fix it. Half of the Russian server cannot receive prizes due to the fact that messages do not come to the mail.
I quit playing a few months ago, but I remember when a scammer called vocoz tried to set this kind of trap around 2020 and me and other 3 jammers called him out and warned everyone around
this happened to me today, they said theyd give me a solid, knew it was sketchy the second they said that lol
Someone came into my den last year with this exact scam. Using the same method they asked me to find a certain video with a link to the french server. I figured it would be so bad to help this person out. Once I signed in on the website, they logged into my account and my black long was taken. I quickly changed my password after that. NEVER click on any links without knowing the person who told you to click on it. Stay safe everybody
Omg, so, I have this bff we call Sapphire and another bff we call Captin. We are rlly good friends, untill Captin's friend scams Sapphire's wings. Then, when I was talking to the scammer, they asked me to go to a link, and it was very simular to that scam, so glad I didnt click it! ( I am always sus about links )
one of my CLOSE FREINDS told me they needed to do a french skit with me. I didnt know it was a scam at the time. So i entered my user and password, to "log in", and the next day my best items were gone. That "freind" unbuddied me and blocked me. Be careful jammers.

One thing to remember to switch servers you have to go into your parent account and switch the language! Never ever go to some random link!
Another scam:
Scammer will make an alt.
They will use their main and say : ‘ Trading (rare item) for ( epic wonders item no one really gets ) ! ‘
On the alt they will join and say ‘ trading ( item ) ‘
Some player will overpay for the item, eventually they will learn what happened, or the worth will go up.

Hello Leamonpuppy! My name is Brackenstorm268 or on AJ, I go by Magical Arcticstar. A few years ago, I actually have an interesting scam story (I consider it a trick scam because of how it happened).
I was on AJ Classic about six years ago when I ended up finding someone who was hosting a free non-member spike collar and approximately me and six other people went to their den. When that jammer came to the den, they instructed us that in order for us to get the spike collar, they told us to say the word 'beach'. Whoever said it first would get the spike. However, me and the six jammers said the word and all of a sudden, we were given the message that we were suspended from the game for SEVEN WHOLE DAYS because the game rendered us saying the word b*tch. I was only twelve and I didn't know anything about this. Thankfully, when I logged back in at the end of the suspension, none of my stuff was gone, but all of my sapphires (I was saving up my sapphires to get an armor set) had been taken.
Now learning about scams on AJ, I believe that this jammer was a hacker and using us to say a misinterpreted word made us targets to get our items, gems or sapphires taken by having us suspended from our accounts and finding a way to get us around the suspension just to hack us. For me, it was thankfully only my sapphires (I had no rares). I now no longer join AJ raffles or 'free' item stuff anymore on the site anymore because of this.
Please be careful with scamming jammers as I was lucky that only my sapphires were taken, but some may have had it worse by having their information taken.

What if you have seen that website before and you know it’s not a scam? Is it a fake copy?
To access Animal Jam en Francais, create an Animal Jam account, then a parent account for it, and in the parent account site, change the language to French. DO NOT ACCESS IT BY *ANY LINK, EVER!* You can access it through this method, and when you log in it will change thhe language of the app automatically.
OR IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PARENT ACCOUNT:
Log into your parent account and change the language from there. The language in the app will change automatically when you log in.

I was also close to get tricked by this person, i immediately closed the spanish page and changed my password, after that i contacted with them on discord, they were pretty decent, we had a chat, thats all i was angry and i never answered their dms again
