I really don't consider all 4 of the 90s movies together. There were the two Burton movies and the two Schumacher movies. They were a lot like Bond movies where they changed main actor and crew but kept little tidbits. Judi Dench in Bond and Alfred and Commissioner Gordon in Batman.
Creepy is definitely not a word I would associate with Terry Wogan. The awkwardness of their interview seems to be mutual. He's just as uncomfortable with her as she is with him.
As a 11 year old boy back in 1992 I thought this film was great. It was one of those pictures were I actually fell in love with one of the characters ( Michelle ) & thought she was a goddess. Tim Burton did a awesome job making Gotham feel like it had character.
Yeah she's acting really weird here although this is the only time I've seen her interviewed so maybe she's always like that. Probably hates being interviewed but it's part of her contract when she did the movie.

Tim Burton is the only Director so far to get that Gotham City is itself it’s own character. I’ve never liked the Gotham in the Nolan films nor BvS. I get he was trying to make it feel as real as possible but Tim’s 2 films have the far superior Gotham cities.
