Im so happy i have found this video. you guys cover a lot and really help me fixing my form especially back handspring because mine is just like you demonstrate at 10:50 so it hard get that bounce off. I have a few questions to ask hope you guys answer it :D 1. should I throw my head back when doing a back handspring? or just looking forward the whole time just like doing a back tuck? 2. I have an issue with my roundoff and my twist. I round off with my right hand land first then followed by my left hand, but my twist dominant side is to the left. If I do a full from a roundoff, it'll break the momentum, right? so what should I do? is it ok? thankyou. I've subscribed and looking forward to your next videos. Keep it up. Cheers
I'm not a pro tumbler but I can tell you what I know: 1. Don't throw your head back on a BHS. Some coaches even put one hand on the net for spotting. 2. There are quite a few tumblers who do this. As long as you can create bounce and rotation, I'd say it's fine. But feel free to experiment on the other side.
Here I am again I have trouble doing back hand spring, I learn a lot in your video. Maybe you make a video about the correct grip for every partner stunts?? Btw great work. Have a nice day 😁
