@@ujjwalbas though your way of commenting is rude i appreciate your love for nation...well lets face the reality, problems of Darchula(and many rural parts of Nepal) has never been taken seriously by hypercentralised comprador driven politico-administration structure of Nepal since centuries...Nepal is one of the poorest countries of the world(mainly because of greed driven mental poverty rater than lack of resource)...Nepalese are forced to sell cheap labor in foreign countries, where many counter illness or die & we have dead bodies coming to airport everyday...and it is remittance money from their that has kept our economy vibrant, because of which many Nepalese have been able to flaunt their luxurious lifestyle...females are forced to sell their bodies in foreign brothels...so if we really care about people, along with sending military to fight in borders, rich businessman, shareholders ,rentiers earning many lakhs/month should be serious in paying tax so that Nepal has sufficient resource to invest in social infrastructure in rural areas and so that in those areas there is employment so that people can live dignified life ....Province/local palikas should be empowered(and monitored of course) in sharp contrast to traditional feudal mindset of elites to hold on to power impoverishing the mass....In Panchayat days there was this trend in administration, keeping favourite people in capital and sending enemies/rivals to far western parts of Nepal...and the main responsibility of border problem lies on King Mahendra who did not raise this issue because he wanted India to be silent on issue related to army coo of elected prime minister BP Koirala(evidence points towards this)..... By the way are you working in Nepal? or commenting from abroad??
