It is a painful process to teach parents, but just be patient like Jack. Patience is virtue guys. Tell yourself this. They just need to get used to it and eventually they will pick it up and become comfortable with it. I really like Michael Whitehall because he is unapologetically English and hilarious!

Hate when people say 'aw old people can't use technology because they haven't been around it or had the opportunity to as much as young people' like ??? They've been around it the same amount if not longer than young people. The only difference is that every young person will try to figure things out by themselves but old people don't even try to and expect other people to show them how to do things. It's laziness.
