Its also important to make sure you leave atleast 1 shimmer/flow rare esper unlevel for kronos speed runs, mine are all currently leveled up, so glad im getting the option to get them back to level 1

Yes because the epics/rares are just there as fodder so the materials will not be returned. Yuuhime & Yamato will not be consumed though

Yes it will. Abilimons, ascension mats and experimons will not return for the fodder epics/rares
