I buy and sell for Profit, so I can do that all month long (with WeBull, BTW). What you are referring to is the White Wash Rule, which says you can't sell at a Loss, then buy it right back. So if I buy Lemonade at $80 on Monday, then sell it for $84 on Wednesday, I make a 5% profit, and simply wait for the price to fall again 5-10% before repurchasing.

Are you buying and selling more than 30 days apart or using a different broker to buy?
