The most skilled driver is debatable but he's the most stylish driver in NoPixel
He was driver of the year for multiple reasons, just being the most skilled at racing would be boring, everyone knows it would be someone like Goofy. But his driving style is flashy, he loves drifting, doing different kinds of stunts and tricks. He's a sick getaway driver with his knowledge of the city, and he's also one of the best racers. I'd put him somewhere in the top five or around there if I had to guess.
