I'm from Birmingham AL and that was cool to see. Travel to Tennessee a lot vising family and you can't help but to see that huge Rocket every time. lol!!

Truck skins are great, I wish theyd make one for the cascadia mod so I could run what I actually run in real life. Only difference is we dont have flow below and have smooth side dry vans
Oh and a tip about backing: You'll make it easier on yourself if you drive past the bay, so that the back of your trailer is about half the length of the trailer away, and 15-20ft to the right of it. That way you can make a large, sweeping turn where you don't have the tractor more than about 30 degrees relative to the trailer. If you try and back in when the back of your trailer is almost level with the bay, you have to make much sharper turns.
Jeff I actually am a truck driver I drive a 2019 kenworth T680 For J&R Schugel i would love to see you do a mod showcase of one of our trucks if someone makes a mod I used to play ATS all the time but now I am in the real thing but I am trying to make a youtube channel on my expeirences of becoming a truck driver! I just started in october of last year!

I personally like the blind spot mirrors, I think that it adds character to the rig, my dad has been a trucker for 30 plus years and I have ridden in a few trucks and all of them except for one had the mirrors on the hood
I drive for marten transport and I use to have an international. But mines was cobalt color. Got a kenworth t680 now same color and I miss that international

There’s a lot of towns in Texas but as I drove through it last night the highways I drove in Texas were not very detailed. Basically just dirt off the side of the road and nothing else. The towns were all basic square towns with not much happening. I don’t know if that was just the highway I drove down or if all of Texas is like that in this mod
So I just finished playing some ATS myself, and I was finally able to get my hands on the International Lonestar. I love it, beautiful truck. Can't even describe how much of an upgrade it is from the base model Kenworth I started out with
20:30 I don't know about American trucks, but for sure European trucks and trailers are virtually unaffected by rain. You sit above the spray and your high axle weight means that the water has little to no effect on handling or stopping distance. I can drive through a huge puddle at 55mph (which has caused cars to crash), and I won't even feel it. The only time rain becomes an issue is when you have a lightly loaded or empty trailer - but even then it's still less of a challenge than driving a car in the same conditions. Your main hazard is infact car drivers, they turn into complete assholes in the rain and make stupid, panicked decisions which cause accidents (like slamming the brakes and swerving for no reason).
Hi Jeff, can you do a Prime combo with the Freightliner Cascadia? Also about driving, If you ever thought Florida is bad wait til you visit NC and drive on I-485 and I-85
There has been quite a lot of stuff about the Iran plane shooting in the news in Europe. I guess there probably is in Canada too due to many of them being Canadian nationals. Sadly it's not the first time this has happened in recent memory either, with a few years ago where the Russians shot down a commercial jet over Ukraine during the annexing of Crimea as well.
I love the Lonestar. Scs is working on 1.37 update for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and they gonna rebuild a couple of cities in French. And a new milk trailer will added to the game. Check it out at the blog from scs software.

Apart from ATS my all-time favorite is the original Splinter Cell ! I tried to complete the game in stealth mode rather than using a weapon.
