Make traditional German pork knuckles.I had the crispy one.Its tasty.I ate in traditional restaurants in Frankfurt.I miss different type of sausages from Germany .Nothing can beat the quality of sausages from Germany .Lid’l German grocery stores are popular in Europe so some times I buy sausages from there .
