Can you please guide me how can I apply a job in Germany as a IT or a web developer and what is a scope of multimedia graphics persons in Germany.

I am currently planning on working full time for the 2-3 months of semester break, what would you suggest regarding if odd job at a warehouse is better vs a part time job(but field job) as working student, because i don't think any company would hire me for a full time contract just for a couple of months.
