That church is an Orthodox Christian church of Saint Sava first Archbishop of Serbia, he get autochephaly from Byzantinum emperor and Patriarch in 1219. In all orthodox Churches in Serbia you can get free, because church is for everyone and place for praying. You should go to see a crypt. There is a stairway down there on the right of the entrance
