Hello theree, been a while since I comented. The problem you have with being constantly shielded to the ground can be alleviated with plated sabatons trinket. If I remember well it both prevents knockdowns completely and halves the stamina dmg. (At least did at some point as there have been many changes)
24:50 Reformist I am sorry to say you just found out the mechanical crossbow is a "screw you in particular" type of weapon and not a primary weapon for a crossbow build XD. In every sense of the word.
I'm so sad about the error! But no matter, we'll get our melee skills up then start to pivot over to using those more and the crossbow as a way to soften bigger targets or eliminate smaller ones! :)
Hey reformist! Thanks for putting me on to this game. I finished the French playthrough and can’t figure out how to get to from a peasant to a king run.
This new DLC is buggy as hell, so many problems that previous DLCs didn’t have. There’s a quest that has 20 turns limit but the enemies keep spawning which made it failed.
Very happy to see Sir Happy again! Can't wait for next time

You had healing and an antidote in your inventory? Did you learn in absence and not while you were playing consistently?
