The fountain is from garden furniture gacha back then, now it has changed to Chinese theme so unfortunately for now there's no way to get it🥲 Maybe when they rotate the gacha pool back to the garden one in the future

Try increasing your graphics to high and above
how did you do that washing machine inside the wall at the first floor bathroom.
You need to remove the wall first, place the washer inside then put back the wall (don't forget to turn on clipping mode)
