Class act Fisher, for me the best female snooker player of all time, a real ambassador for women in snooker, a player who relied on her merit as a snooker player and never played the 'I'm a female in a mens game' card.
Alison kept the great Steve Davis in his chair because she was good enough to do the job herself and when you keep Davis in his chair well what else can you say She's one of the greatest players of all time and certainly the best female player Reanne Evens take note because Allison was the true queen of snooker
If Allison could've made it on the UK snooker circuit, the world would've been her oyster. A bright, bubbly personality with a very good game, those women pool players across the pond didn't know what had hit them when Allison arrived on their circuit.

I met Allison in August 2007 at the Riveria Casino in LasVegas. She was off to the side vin a booth signing autographs at a huge barroom billiard World Championship tournament. Could not have been nicer.
She was a class player and great under pressure. She beat a lot of top pro's like Mike Hallet, Neal Foulds and Tony Drago, who didn't take losing to a woman very well lol.

I am a competitive pool player in the states. Here it seems that males are better then women at pool. However there is also more males playing so mybe we are just waiting on the next Mrs. Massey!!! I love watching allison play she is very calm, exact, and at the top of her game!!!

I hate 2 say it but d other women r Light yrs behind A.F. and wat they win is bc .A.f. is kind to give dem a living so they can eat
No offense, but in my opinion snooker is boring and no I never watched Ronnie O'Sullivan. But truth be told, Allison Fisher and Karen Corr, both have stated on camera that snooker is very boring. And at their prime when playing snooker they were the best. Allison is ranked number one on the WPBA, and all the best eventually make it to America to PLAY THE BEST.

She couldn’t cut it at pro snooker, though she tried, so moved to the US to take the easy money from those terrible American 9-ball players.
