No, this sounds more like Santoor than a Harpsichord. Harpsichord's sound is closer to Lute

The mechanism is similar to harpsacord. Not remotely anything like satur. Santur's mechanism of action is similar to pieno.

Not dissimilar to the precursor to the piano, known as the harpsichord. The principle involved here is plucking, which was what the harpsichord was based upon.

The song is called "Kamar Barik", (originally: Yare Mast Chohi) written by "Abolqasem Lahouti" on a train going from Moscow to Dushanbe Tajikistan.
