I will stick to fixed and dynamic ad rates. The only down month I had all year was in Nov. when I tried priority and offsite ads. Maybe a coincidence, but I seriously doubt it. Hopefully, you'll get the same results you did from last year. Best of luck.
Im a ~$100K per year reseller in mainly physical media and pacing for $200K for 2025. Priority Promoted is not a good option unless its a $1000+ item. I just started a youtube channel explaining how $100K is possible within a year selling physical media. That's just my experience of being a beta tester of Priority last year.

It is all added into your ebay fees at the end of the year, so yes.

I do not care for how eBay extends the fee 30 days after you end.
