For days I have been searching for a video like this. I could relate to everything she said like from feeling purposeless, not having energy to do anything etc. and I am right now in a state where I literally can't control myself, I just need someone just to scold me,push me to study or tell me to stop wasting time and all like I feel so helpless and frustrated on myself. I found this video Like i have subscribed you from very long time . My situation is My life is good, earlier like in lockdown, i had major health issues but Recovered and later on i got internship and after that job. In dec 2023 our department was closed due to losses in office, i was feeling sad, or alone cause all team members were gone but i had different designation thats why that told stay here. . But from 2024 working alone i was feeling alone, depressed and later on in March they revive and started again so 2-3 of our members were back...i feel good In vacation time, i had vacation of college so i work on project and finished all work but later due to home family matters, no travel due to health issues . I feel depressed, tense and anxiety Irregular diets I am trying to come back!!!

Love you sooo much Dii! Thanks a lot for posting this ! I'm in 12th grade PCM. And I have gotten a lot of backlogs specially in Physics. I even uninstalled Instagram cus I seem to waste a lot of time in scrolling. Despite taking all that measure, I just can't like literally can't manage to study with EXTREME focus. Like even tho I do feel a bit motivated for a short period of time, but then again eventually watching my other friends hang out or travel all around and not studying sincerely makes me think like " Oh they'e not studying. Fine then. nothing will happen if I don't study that much today. I'll do this tomorrow!" But when tomorrow comes I tend to repeat the same cycle. And tbh, most of the times we are not at all serious enough unless it's the Very CBSE boards time or the pre boards time! Everything seems to be so frustrating now Dii! Can you please make a separate video for us 12th graders addressing all our issues and like how to generously complete our syllabus perfect on time and also remember everything! Please dii! hi im also a 12th grade srudent same stream pcm im enrolled in pw parishram batch and they have done just 3 lectures of first chapter so if uh think you have backlogs and you dont have time please dont panic bcz its not like that iknow when u have backlogs it becomes very diificult to come out of that mental zone but ya you have a lot of time

I'm in 12th grade PCM. And I have gotten a lot of backlogs specially in Physics. I even uninstalled Instagram cus I seem to waste a lot of time in scrolling.
Despite taking all that measure, I just can't like literally can't manage to study with EXTREME focus. Like even tho I do feel a bit motivated for a short period of time, but then again eventually watching my other friends hang out or travel all around and not studying sincerely makes me think like " Oh they'e not studying. Fine then. nothing will happen if I don't study that much today. I'll do this tomorrow!" But when tomorrow comes I tend to repeat the same cycle. And tbh, most of the times we are not at all serious enough unless it's the Very CBSE boards time or the pre boards time!
Everything seems to be so frustrating now Dii! Can you please make a separate video for us 12th graders addressing all our issues and like how to generously complete our syllabus perfect on time and also remember everything! Please dii!

hi im also a 12th grade srudent same stream pcm im enrolled in pw parishram batch and they have done just 3 lectures of first chapter so if uh think you have backlogs and you dont have time please dont panic bcz its not like that iknow when u have backlogs it becomes very diificult to come out of that mental zone but ya you have a lot of time

7. You'll get life once
8.30 days -4 hours routine
9.follow a healthy diet
10. Work for yourself /journal/sit with yourself and stop stimulation.
