      @smallbikestuff - thanks! It's a unique little machine for sure, truly a 'mini motorcycle'. This one is a pretty one :)

    I have the blue and white tank on my CB 100 and since it’s been so long ago I don’t know if it was a 1971 or 72 model but the first year I owned it I put on 8000 miles sold next spring and bought a Honda 350 because I was finally 18 which in the state of Illinois you can’t have nothing bigger and 150 cc until you’re 18 years old.

      I love the blue and white color on these as well, super cool! Putting 8,000 miles on one of them in a year, especially a CB100, is alot of riding! Did you get a 350 Twin or 350F?

      @@retro_grade I believe it was the 350 twin. All I can remember it was the street version

    I have a 1970 CL 100, just purchased it. It seems more powerful than my Honda Monkey 125, definitely a different sound through the exhaust. What are your thoughts, did you sell your CB yet ? I have the Aquarius b!ue color and my Monkey is red

      I honestly would say they're around the same power and speed. I have a 2021 Honda Trail 125 and they're comparable on terms of speed and power I think. Which is honestly pretty sad, because you'd think the newer bike would be faster after 50 years of development right?
      I love the blue color as well, nice! I sold the CB100 recently on Bring a Trailer and the buyer got a really good deal on it in my opinion.

    I bought a 1975 CB 125S and at 50 mph it was showing 7500 rpm. The RED Line is 9500 so I (might) have safely 55mph. Your bike is/was sweet.

      Thanks! I actually sold it a bit ago actually, but it was a fun ride. Your assessment is correct - for awhile I had a CB100 with a 125 engine swapped into it and I got similar speeds as you just posted. At 55 mph you need a good tail wind, and that engine is pegged out.

    I bought my Cb 125 S because it weighs 213 pounds with a full tank of gas. Makes it VERY easy to move around.

      Yeah, they're SO tiny. Small bikes in that respect and handy to keep around the garage. I love CT90's, CT110's (and the new 125 is ok) for this reason.

    do you know whare you can find the tire's

      Not sure, it's been a bit. There aren't too many in the stock sizes around, but I want to say that IRC still makes ones in the correct sizes and tread patterns.

      Yeah, I sold it on Bring a Trailer a little bit ago. The buyer got a pretty good deal too (in my opinion).

    Hello,
    How much do you want to sell it for?

    • @retro_grade
      @retro_grade  ปีที่แล้ว

      It actually just sold on Bring a Trailer (where I opt to sell most of my stuff when I decide to get rid of it). It ended up going for $2,850.
