Not a hoax! Not a dream! From 1990 to 1994, NBC WGEM-TV had a secondary FOX affiliation and aired its programming outside of prime time hours. This promo is for the Thursday, March 4, 1993 rerun of "Mr. Plow" that WGEM instead aired on Saturday, March 6, 1993.
