You are lucky, if you get a new UAN it is fine. You should use that UAN for all your future career, and you should NOT keep the experience associated with the old UAN in your resume.

Yes... that is very common mistake everybody is doing. If we have proper exit letters, that works even though we have to give explanation. But post covid the scenario has been changed. Moon lighting came into lime light and freelancing works came into picture. Earlier it was a discrepancy in bgv if its full time. This issue is called Dual employment discrepancy... Best thing is Open communication to the employer.. A worker is not permitted to work in two workplaces at once, according to Section 60 of the Factories Act of 1948..

See bro.... bgv will be done by only top tier 1 Companies only and sometimes tier 2 Companies also prefer to do. So coming to your question doing bgv depends on their company's bgv process like will happen to do all the employments verifications sometimes and sometimes last three employments. As a EPFO EMPLOYEE i would like to give some important TIPS. 1. Dont work on multiple companies at the same time because employer can saw your all service details. 2. Dont create any fake PF acoount because only fake PF account is created but PF amount is not credited in that FAKE account. So in this case PF passbook cannot be available nd u will b caught by employer. 3. If the service is overlapped (working in multiple companies at same time) then it is very hard to change date of joining or date of exit which is already updated by employer. 4. From the last 2-3 years aadhar is compulsory linked to uan. Hence you cannot create new uan again. 5. Last nd important thing is uan, pf accounts, and any other data inthe uan cannot be deleted. Its permanent. Only date of joining and date of exit can be changed by submitting J.D. if it is wrongly updated by employer

@@kuday3499 In our portal only your service and pf contribution, KYC, service historywill be seen. Your designation cannot be seen in our EPFO database. Simply EPFO doesnt know your designation/role in the previous company. So your new company doesnt know about your previous designation from our epfo database/website.

You are lucky, if you get a new UAN it is fine. You should use that UAN for all your future career, and you should NOT keep the experience associated with the old UAN in your resume.

Yes... that is very common mistake everybody is doing. If we have proper exit letters, that works even though we have to give explanation. But post covid the scenario has been changed. Moon lighting came into lime light and freelancing works came into picture. Earlier it was a discrepancy in bgv if its full time. This issue is called Dual employment discrepancy... Best thing is Open communication to the employer.. A worker is not permitted to work in two workplaces at once, according to Section 60 of the Factories Act of 1948..

Declaration is nothing but changing the name, joining dates and exit dates in EPFO portal according to the updated information in EPFO, you may ask the documents like reliving letter/experience letter that matches exactly with the information in EPFO
Normally BGV team will not ask for pf details unless they get doubt on the candidature. Now a days companies are asking pf number to verify moonlighting not to identify fake resource.
Due to moonlight only PF verification doing but nowadays without PF not processing further, So it will effect for both.

See bro.... bgv will be done by only top tier 1 Companies only and sometimes tier 2 Companies also prefer to do. So coming to your question doing bgv depends on their company's bgv process like will happen to do all the employments verifications sometimes and sometimes last three employments. As a EPFO EMPLOYEE i would like to give some important TIPS.
1. Dont work on multiple companies at the same time because employer can saw your all service details.
2. Dont create any fake PF acoount because only fake PF account is created but PF amount is not credited in that FAKE account. So in this case PF passbook cannot be available nd u will b caught by employer.
3. If the service is overlapped (working in multiple companies at same time) then it is very hard to change date of joining or date of exit which is already updated by employer.
4. From the last 2-3 years aadhar is compulsory linked to uan. Hence you cannot create new uan again.
5. Last nd important thing is uan, pf accounts, and any other data inthe uan cannot be deleted. Its permanent. Only date of joining and date of exit can be changed by submitting J.D. if it is wrongly updated by employer

Your designation cannot be seen in our EPFO database. Simply EPFO doesnt know your designation/role in the previous company.
So your new company doesnt know about your previous designation from our epfo database/website.
