@@laynazl The test should be taken in the US and you have to be a US citizen. As far as I know once you have your license, you should be able to conduct your business in Netherlands as long as either you have your own office in the US or you work for a company in the US. US Customs conducts site visit on regular base. I hope this helps.

@@laynazl My area of focus was for US Customs broker. Obviously, for other countries have their own authorities over their country customs matters.
