Absolutely thrilling, amazing points from both players, Ouaiche is extremely good when he plays at mid-distance, he is able to defend and find a good placement that puts his opponent in an awkward position then accelerate the ball still in a defensive position. Very comprehensive player too, he even slices the ball effectively sometimes. Simon Gauzy played really well too and shouldn't be ashamed to lose against Ouaiche even though he is less known than him. Seems like he worked a lot to improve his forehand as he scored very impressive points with this asset, he also made just a few mistakes too, he has a deep understanding of the various effects applied on the ball. In a nutshell, it was a very pleasant match and I'm looking forward to seeing Stephane Ouaiche more often in the international circuit.
