- आज कल हर व्यक्ति को पेट से सम्बंधित कुछ न कुछ परेशानी लगी रहती है। ये परेशानी लीवर में गड़बड़ी की वजह से अधिक होती हैं। लीवर हमारे शरीर का महत्वपूर्ण अंग है ये हमारे शरीर की लगभग 500 क्रियाओंको संचालित करती है। साथ ही साथ किसी भी समय शरीर के तीस प्रतिशत खून की आपूर्ति भी करता है। सिर्फ इतान ही नहीं लीवर हमारे शरीर में तकरीबन 13000 तरह के रसायनों के उत्पादन में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।ये र्कत को शुद्ध करता है, ब्लड शुगर को नियंत्रित करने वाले तमाम तरह के हार्मोंस बनाता और तोड़ता है। शरीर से विषैले तत्वों को बाहर करने में भी इसकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। ज्यादातर लीवर की खराबी अधिक तेल मसाले वाला भोजन, ज्यादा शराब पीने या बाहर का खाना अधिक खाने की वजह से होता है. लीवर की खराबी के कई लक्षण हो सकते हैं। लीवर की खराबी का हमें जांच के बाद ही पता चल सकता है। लिवर एक संवेदनशील अंग है, जब तक इसकी बीमारी के लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं, तब तक रोग बहुत आगे बढ़ चुका होता है।
