FAQ:
What are the dimensions of your Tiny Home?
- Our home is 12 feet wide and 30 feet long with a 2.5 foot "bay window" pop out area.
Who built your Tiny Home?
- Greenwood Tiny Homes from Lancaster Pennsylvania
Where did you get your multifunctional furniture?
- Our couch is from Big Lots (Link Below)

How much was your Tiny Home?
- Our home cost was about 110k. We did do a lot of upgrades because of the precautions we were taking due to my (Olivia's) diagnosis with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). If you would like more information on CIRS check out our videos about that journey using the link below. We will be doing a detailed video on all the precautions we took to ensure (the best we can) an environment with proper ventilation, humidity control, low VOC's, and to avoid any potential water intrusion.

Where do we put our clothing?
-Our clothing we have in our first floor bedroom closet that is to the right of our washer and dryer.
How did you find the land you are on? Did you buy or rent?
This is another question that we are going to be going into great detail on in a video. This is one of the most important parts of owning a tiny house and also one of that hardest to navigate. In short, we are renting this land from a farmer! We found this farmer through a website called Hipcamp!
What size mattress can you fit in the first floor bedroom?
The first floor bedroom can fit a queen size bed with about a foot of room at the end of the bed with the headboard being right up against the wall. This would also allow 3.5 feet from the edge of the bed and the washer/dryer and closet.

Such a beautiful home! I have fibromyalgia so I understand living with a chronic condition. I’m house hunting right now (selling giant house, relocating, and downsizing) so I’m very conscious of making the house perfect for my health as well. It must be made with non-toxic materials and the most important element - a deep soaking tub for my essential daily epson salt soaks! (Made my quality of life so much better!) You two are such an adorable young couple. I especially love your design taste, architectural elements, and the practicality of including clever storage for coats, laundry, mops, trash, etc. So many tiny homes seem to have no space for coats, vacuums, or an office space. I did just want to mention incase it could potentially be helpful, fibromyalgia is one of the common minsdiagnosises for Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome. Im not saying you have a misdiagnosis but just incase its something you would want to look into, i put a link to our video playlist where we share a lot about my journey with CIRS. I built my tiny house because I am disabled by a rare autoimmune disease too. My tiny house is very similar to yours but I have to use my downstairs bedroom and use my upstairs lofts one for storage and the other for my closet and office. My tiny house also a custom built. I love my house. Best decision I ever made. I laughed when you showed your kitchen trash in the bathroom…I have a little tiny trash can in my kitchen and have to take my trash out everyday because I also don’t have room for a garbage can in the kitchen. Is that a tiny house thing? You guys are wonderful and I wish you a lifetime of health and happiness on your beautiful home

Gorgeous! I love how y’all considered the functionality of each square inch *and* made it look so dang cute. I’m really looking forward to your CIRS-related tiny house ideas! The air exchanger and dehumidifier are top top… as someone who has had CIRS for 3 yrs after an awful mold/bee sting combo, I SO get needing to make your health a priority when thinking about your build!! I’m kinda floored by how some buildings can be built to be Petri dishes for mold in every room.

OMG! Wow! I love your Tiny House! My favourite is the sofa. The living/dining room/tv , window stairs so genius. That bathroom is luxurious. The desks by the bed for laptop cool. Overall use of white shiplap/black accents very nice. Has a 1st floor room, doesn't feel tiny at all.
My only thing is the trash can. I'm kinda not liking it in washroom and next to the hanging of coats. Other than that, just wow! Love everything!

You did a fabulous job with this build! It is really a roomy, beautiful home. It has everything you could possibly want, plus some. I'm saving this to have a slight blue print to show a builder what I desire in my tiny home! Because for me a full size tub is mandatory!!!

The base cost is about $90k so we ended up doing a lot of upgrades especially for my CIRS illness. These prices are somewhat negotiable and depends on what you want!! hope this helps!!

Such a beautiful home and great positive energy. My wife & I just finished building the shell and inside walls of our 16x40 tiny cabin last night. We stumbled upon your channel and was excited to see that we have a very similar floor plan. Your style and the detail put into your home is almost exactly what we have been looking to do. We also really appreciate ya'll talking about ventilation and proper air flow in your other videos. That's one of our areas of concern too, especially dealing with chronic illnesses ourselves. That's a huge reason why we are building our own home, to have complete control over keeping out as many chemicals as we can to avoid affecting us over the long term. Looking at the space in our own kitchen, we absolutely love the look of your fridge and wondered what the brand and dimensions are of yours to see if it would make sense for us? Keep up the amazing videos.

Mentions y'all use the table in the lil loft for a prayer room...SUBSCRIBED, lol! I have been planning my tiny home, which it is my goal to get this year, and having the little loft as a prayer/study area is my plan. Oh, where did you find the table???! I've been looking all over and even a lot of tiny house basics at Ikea have been sold out.😩
