lol i believe they probably made up that story because they were scared of Showery killing them as well. also, think about being a judge or jury and you're being presented with no forensic evidence and circumstantial evidence about a ghost? i mean.. come on. i think the sentence fit the crime based on the evidence and the time period the crime happened in, but he was definitely paroled too early.
This is the first time I’ve visited this channel, and I was really looking forward to hearing about these cases bc I’ve never heard about them before. Unfortunately, I didn’t even make it to the 3 minute mark bc there’s something about the narrator’s voice that just grates on my ears. Idk if he’s trying to emulate Chills or what, but it’s very hard to listen to him. I’m really disappointed, too, bc I scrolled through the video list and saw tons of stories that I was excited to watch, but I can’t. I just can’t.
Welcome to my European country... some cases: a serial killer who strangles. Victims: a 12 y.o girl, his own mother, other women. They repeatedly let this dude out of prison just for him to murder again. Another: group of young ppl torture, kill, and put the body in pieces. All of them are free nowadays. One of them killed again after being let free. Third: a beheading case, where the head is boiled in a kettle. Of course the murderer is now free. No biggie! Maybe these ppl just had a bad day. Happens to all of us.
That last guy's wife should have served time for lying like that. At the very least it's obstruction of justice. This is something people need to get through their heads: if the cops are asking questions, there's a reason why. If it's about children then you damn well better be upfront. Instead of thinking "oh they'd never do something like that". Have people not learned yet that you can't discount anyone with it comes to these crimes? Her own blood was brutalized by him because she just had to cover for him.
It's crazy how denial can make a person act like a fool! There have been so many wives of serial killers who covered for their husbands. I think it's also because they didn't want to give up their lives of comfort either! There's the hard truth that everything will change and they don't want to even entertain the idea! Most people who commit crimes like these are very cunning and very clever. Or very paranoid and secretive. Regardless, I hate to sound like I feel no loyalty to those I love, but I'd have to be truthful. I couldn't entertain the idea of being an accomplice to someone else's tragedy by protecting my loved one. They have to face the consequences of their actions, and the victim and those who loved them deserve closure and justice!
Yeah, they're asking questions because they're hoping you slip up. How ignorant are you? Cops aren't your friend. Please educate yourself. If you don't believe me, look up the channel "Good luck America" Rick, a former cop says the exact same thing I am.
If I ever get brutally murdered I would want you to cover my story. You constantly repeat the full names of the victims and make sure they’re heard. So this is my formal letter/approval to you. 😬
I’ll never understand why a spouse will cover for someone accused of murder/being a pedo, especially if there’s convincing reasons for the accusations.

19:10 - #2 The Harden murder - the house was actively haunted for almost 20 years and suddenly stopped after 1992. I wonder if it was because either his spirit passed over or possibly his killer died and his spirit could finally rest.
I live on Cannock Chase and my mum was 8-9 in the years that Morris was operating. In fact, he used to drive past the house she lived in when he was going to dispose of the bodies. It’s terrifying to think that she could’ve so easily been one of his victims

That should have been capital murder because he killed her with intent to rob her, then he set the apartment on fire which could have lead to multiple deaths, not to mention it could have burned the entire building down and caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages!
I work in Clermont. Definitely going to visit the second story this day. After work!
Edit: I saw the house + lake. I can see how a person got away. It’s MASSIVE + at night. Not a soul would see you.
I wish there was more information on the suspects... like why? What was the motive? So planned out, it's crazy.
LOVE how much you have been putting out in the past few days. Wish you had the time and money to do one a day. I don't know if you have patreon or what but I am FINALLY in a position to start paying you what I can to help. Adore you my friend!
Yes, he's worth it
Excellent narration and presentation! The fIrst case solved by posthumous contact with the victim is shocking and well supported by evidence! How cool is that!
I was born in 1969. My abuser is still alive. I am still living. I will continue to live for at least 20 years. I have had a lot of pain, but much happiness. There is hope for people like me. You can do this. Sending you strength.
We have so much in common. The best thing is we are survivors. Who went on to have lived, loved, and lost. Blessed Be 😊😊😊
The first one... Just... Wow. Imagine being the detective in that when the girlfriend talked about the ring and other jewelry.
He must've been floored.
That should have been capital murder because he killed her with intent to rob her, then he set the apartment on fire which could have lead to multiple deaths, not to mention it could have burned the entire building down and caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages! Wow.. some of these stories absolutely blow me away.
Reminds me of the 80s unsolved mysteries creepy but good stuff
& Netflix has a new unsolved mysteries. They are one the second season.
instantly liked

14 years for murder and armed robbery? That's it?!
I love stories like these.
I've been watching this channel for years and I''m from Bloxwich! So weird to hear you talk about something so close to home
Well done bringing the Cannock Chase murders to light. As far as I am aware, no one else has done a video on the case.
I thoroughly enjoy all of your well researched postings. Keep up the good work.
Regards from Wales UK
Seeing a new Criminally Listed video is the highlight of my day!
Please list more! This channel is getting me through lockdown. LOVE it!
Please please please keep these coming! Awesome video as always
Im glad Julia survived, what a sad case
Teresita Basa is a name I have never forgotten. I learned of her as a very young child from Unsolved Mysteries.
Me too
Teresita worked with my next door neighbor. Glad her killer was caught but he should never have been released.
I’m surprised the black killer got such a short sentence. He deserves much more time
Don't worry. If justice is not served in this world, it will be in the next one.
@@radiantsky1 that doesn't give me pause as an atheist but ok
2 days in a row!!!
3 episodes of CL this week. We are being spoiled
Last case, couldn’t they use DNA by the 2000s to prove he did it?
No because they didn’t know that DNA would be useful in crime at that time. Also contamination and degradation of the remains made it even less likely something could be preserved.
Very sad cases especially the last one
Anyone else replay the Unsolved Mysteries episodes in their mind while listening? Loved that show
Always love Criminally Listed!
“Ah, she probably just got lost. Don’t worry, she will come back.”
How does that even make sense?
Mate, I’m so proud of your progress! You really have grown into an even better content creator! All the best, and I can’t wait to comment on your 1m achievement!! Me and my misses love watching your vids! Love from London.
Light them candles!! 💕💕💕
This is my most favorite channel, always quality narration and content.
Anyone else thinks his voice is a combination of Chills and Chum Lee? 🤣🤣🤣 I love it!!!
Lol!
Teresa Basa's case was actually covered on "Unsolved Mysteries," back in the day, in one of my favorite segments.
38:09 WTH bro!! I almost died there 🤭😆😆🤣!!
There was a Massive manhunt across the country and they interviewed owners with cars like his ,they came to my parents nbrs and interviewed him ..I think he was away with the navy on a couple of times ..He was quite high ranking too...My parents were from Walsall and I returned there after traveling abroad with family as Dad was in the Navy too...Where Morris lived !it’s opposite the new police station .It really shook the area up a lot ,he was a wicked man and he deserved to be in prison for what he did.
i love your channel. good work
3 videos in two days. Thank you! You should do a video on Leonard lake.
I love this idea of murders turned to ghost stories 👻
Damn i love that voice.
Perfect video to watch as I'm sitting here waiting to pick up my kid from school.
why does the intro always give me so much anxiety lmao
