I can do the weave no problem, but I am having trouble keeping the base wires the same distance apart, maybe I might do better with a heavier gauge wire. your tutorial is great though. I have completed the ring and it still looks good on, as no one knows about the crooked back except me!
I haven't tried myself but I've seen people use little tricks like a temporary bead in between the wires that they keep moving to keep the distance between wires the same
@@OxanaCrafts The bead idea sounds great, I did have reasonable success by lightly hammering the base wire before wrapping, it gave it a bit more stability, I will try the bead tomorrow and keep you posted. Thank you.

Everyone uses 20 dead soft wire. I hate it, it bends out of shape
