Was not expecting to see a 3rd set of TWS from Moondrop so soon but here we are! Hopefully they will add volume control soon. That's been a gripe of mine for a while. Volume +/- via single tap would be perfect.
Very much appreciate this review Keith. I've had ongoing charging issues with my Space Travel earbuds and overall it just feels to me that Moondrop is about 2 years behind in the tech department with their earbud offerings. That being said, great sound can make up for a lot of flaws! 😊 The Space Travels are very quiet in the volume department too.
I still miss my Nekocakes to this day, even thought they were better than the Space Travel. I find their stem design as the most comfy I have tried to date. May give these a go but GOTTA add volume controls to make a serious impression. Thx for the solid review as always!!
really sad that nekocake productions was stopped, i lost it on my vacation, and when i tried to buy another one no ones selling it anymore 😥, hopefully moca will be better than nekocake
Wireless charging at this range is a good addition. Also this tws is well built with modern design, a case with lid which is unheard from moondrop 😂, good color choice, buds changing pin change are some of the good things on this particular model. I think this new charging pin design can fix old pin issues for example pin being getting inside the buds etc. also it have in ear detection optical sensor which is great. It only lacks hires codec. Just with LDAC it could actually compete with many other tws in the market. A big missed opportunity. I think moondrop is sti trying to figure out the tws market demands vs price. Tws market wants more features with less sound capabilities. Although I wonder how it competing with nothing ear a
Noise cancelling/transparency on Space Travel is basically non-functional as long as there is any wind as it would amplify it instead. Is it still the case for Moca?
It's better in Moca, I noticed that too in Space Travel and got severely annoyed otherwise it would have been good for its price. I then upgraded to a Moca, the ANC does handle high winds better than the Space Travel. The transition between ANC modes is more eased too, no longer sudden switch to transparent from ANC on since you can disable modes in the app and/or change their sequence. A lot more options in the app than space travel too.
I don't know what to buy between moondrop moca, qcy melobuds pro and cmf buds pro 2, which one has the best sound quality? I know moondrop is known for sound quality but moca lacks of LDAC and I don't know how much it influences the sound quality
For me its sound even better comparing to golden age or ultrasonic (more neutral, dont really know about bass because i use it for listening to podcast. i listen music with iem and headphone). I find its anc is superior too comparing to all moondrop tws series.
I wish I could confidently buy these, but it would be to replace 2 of the last 3 pairs of various model earbuds from this company that have all failed by one earbud no longer charging, within 9mo of buying them on Amazon. I even tried fixing the contacts, but no luck. I will have to try another brand this time...
@JamesZ32100 I doubt it, it's the orig. company selling thru Amazon. I got the nice Nekocake Girls' Frontline Lmtd Ed. TWS Buds (super sad when the right bud quit working), 2 sets of the black MoonDrop Space Travel TWS Buds (both failed), and the new MoonDrop Block semis, all from Amazon
Thanks for this comment. I have exactly the same problem with my Moondrop Space Travels. The left earbud is very touchy that way. Most of the time l pick up the earbuds and it's dead. Very annoying because they sound great when they occasionally work! I think the TWS world is a work in progress for this brand.
@@philipm.4738 How fragile are the buds though? Like if you took care of them well without dropping the case and the buds, how likely would they hold up? I'm thinking of getting these pairs to replace my current earfun mini because the mic on these sounds so much better than what the earfun mini provides.
I envy your ear shape because the stem style is the only type that so far hasn't fallen out on the gym bar😅. I wana enjoy my jabra elite 4s but they won't stay in no matter if it's foam or spinfits.

Wait... They already launched another iem shaped tws Collab 😅
@@hilmyakatsuki1665 Yeah ... another one. Chinese companies ...
I'm using a Moondrop Space Travel, and the number of times I should've changed the volume using a single tap on earbuds has been a lot.
The mic quality is impressive for this price. I’d like to hear how it performs in a noisier environment.
My only issue with the moca, is that it ain't mocha.

Finally been looking for a review, but I haven't seen any reviews around thanks for reviewing this. Had my eyes on this thing for a week or two now.
Sorry darling but he doesn’t “REVIEW” companies pay him to just talk about the product. He will not say the cons/or negative of anything he “review”
Great review, I'm sold!

Which is better? Necocakes or this one.

I've been looking at moondrop buds but don't like the case. This seems to be what I've been looking for. Thanks for the video.
I have the Space Travel. On sound alone, should I upgrade?

Would it be different if it's bought thru the original store?

How do these compare to the Moondrop Ultrasonic?
Now if shipping was faster than 2 weeks. Only 1 more week until mine, possible, arrives. It was on a plane today! 😅
Great review a pity the volume isn’t that loud
Is this a better upgrade than Nekocake?
Moondrop coming in hot
Have you tried the golden ages if you have how do they compare
What's your opinion about this with the Tozo T6 regarding the sound quality 🤔
Super review very good 👍
does it actually have multi-point connection? because i saw some reviews that says that it doesnt
Low volume is unfortunately a dealbreaker for me
This or Melobuds Pro?
hey can u review sony wf c510? i think urs & mine preffered sound signature match so i want to know ur thoughts on it ..
The weak battery and that damn case make it a no for me. Still compelling though.
these look interesting
Looks like a decent set. I have a hard time with the stem design but may need to check these out. Thanks Keith!
No IP rating ?
I don't think so, they mainly make iems....so this is an iem with anc and bluetooth basically.

Moondrop i just cant see myself liking any stem style design earbuds
Totally agree. I like the cufflink style shape non-stem style earbuds.

@@spikeimperial oh ..lol.. I guess we all have different ear shapes and sizes ..for me both style can work its about looks for me
No its better, stem mics are so much better

Nah... no stems.
Not a fan of any stem design !
Yuck. Stem design again?
